Provision of Internet services only if there is a written Agreement.
In accordance with the Rules for the Provision of Communication Services approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 31, 2021 No. 2607 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of telematics services"), a telecom operator has the right to provide Internet access services via a subscriber line only if there is a written agreement.

Please read the documents and provide passport information for the Contract by filling out the APPLICATION form. The positions of the APPLICATION comply with the requirements of the Rules for the Provision of Communication Services approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. In the absence of a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to provide a temporary residence permit or a residence permit.
The subscriber fills out the APPLICATION manually in block letters (legibly) or prints it into the electronic form of the form. The subscriber is responsible for the information provided. The APPLICATION form can be printed from the website or requested by e-mail.
The conclusion of the Contract will take less time if the completed APPLICATION is submitted to the subscription department earlier using one of the following methods::
1. Send a scanned copy of the APPLICATION by E-mail to dom@domnet.me
2. Send a letter to the address: 295050, Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, Smolnaya str., 25B, LLC "CRELCOM".
3. On purpose to the subscriber department of LLC CRELCOM at the address: Republic of Crimea, Simferopol, Smolnaya str., 25B.
